2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 beerandbeyond (463) - ISRAEL - APR 16, 2013
Tap sample.
Cloudy yellow color with a small white head.
Yeasty nose, with some funk, tart lemon peel and faint hops.
Citrusy sweet flavors, tartness, earth, some vommit and low bitterness.
Not balanced, not very impressive and hard to drink.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 SDalkoholic (1812) - Chula Vista, California, USA - APR 10, 2013
Bottle from Robin Wood Deli and Liquor: Created a tiny formation of head which eventually fizzed out while the liquid was a glowing yellow hue with a slight haze. In the aroma, there is a mild scent of ripe fruit such as banana and pear with minimal nose of farmhouse yeast. The flavor is tart with a slight chance of spiced yeast and dried fruit, but this is a boring recipe. Maybe if I had drunk it on a hot day I would be writing a different review.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 DCLawyer (714) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - APR 8, 2013
Bottle->SA. Hazy gold with thin white head. Aroma: yeast, herbs. Taste: yeast, citrus, herbs. Creamy. Unpleasant dandelion aftertaste.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 hopheadsbrew (141) - Illinois, USA - MAR 29, 2013
Golden and cloudy. Smells sour and gumbally. Quite carbonated. Flavor is sweet and tart with a gumbally finish.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Concealer (176) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 26, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with little head. In the nose there is a little spice, a little funk and a little citrus; nothing is too present. Tastes are sweet citrus, a combination of spices and a bit of alcohol as well. On some sips I get a nice bready aftertaste. It is a great saison that comes in a six pack.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 EtTuCthulhu (459) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - MAR 24, 2013
The color is a cloudy yellow with a minimal white head, and the aroma has a certain fruity sourness, much like white grape. The taste is slightly umami, slighly sweet, and mildly umami. Also, the palate combines a medium-light body, slick texture, average carbonation, and a long finish.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 conway (606) - - MAR 20, 2013
Uploading old ratings that were missing comments. First saison I ever tried. Very light and refreshing. Could benefit from a little funk perhaps.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 ryanscourt (301) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 12, 2013
UPDATED: APR 11, 2013 Hazy yellow, spicy smell, taste is smooth, spice, lemon peel. Refreshing and great summer beer. A little on the light side but a great beer for the masses.
Really like how refreshing this one is any lots of taste. Put this in cans and 6 packs I think most people would drink it.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 maekchu (1124) - Hirakata, JAPAN - MAR 11, 2013
Bottle from Five Points Bottle Shop (Atlanta Highway) in Athens. Pleasant juicy aroma, with some light citrus spritz. Cloudy light pear juice color. Initial is sweetish, lightly yeasty and barny / bits of lemon punch through in mid palate / final is mildly sweet. Refreshing stuff, but not very complex. Is this Great Divide’s first go at the style? Not great, but not bad. Doesn’t have the fresh kick or brightness of a really good one.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Jrwhitney6 (123) - - MAR 2, 2013
Pours a cloudy straw color with a slight head. Nose of lemon, spices and a hint of funkiness. Taste starts off with sweetness, then some spice, and finishes with a touch of bitterness. Haven't had this style much (the Sam Adams Saison is the only one I can remember), but this is interesting and good. Really like what is going on with Great Divide.
