COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our homage to the beers that have quenched the thirst of Belgian farm workers for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, Saison is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats–a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 7.3% ABV.

12oz bottle, Hazy pale straw pour with small ring. Mild funky farmhouse with juicy fruit followed by citrus aromas. Mix of Brett with bubblegum and citrus flavors. Semi sweet with a touch of tart. Smooth and good. Will but more.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2015 Veldig god øl, bra smak uten å få en overdøvende smak av alkoholprosenten. Verdt å prøve

Keg. Hazy yellow gold and a thick off white head. Nose is like hay and straw steeped in marzipan. More marzipan in the mouth with some banana leaves. Drinks really nice and belies its ABV.

Tap at the source with willyP and wanderkate. Snifter glass. Cloudy appearance with a pineapple like color. Slight froth. Aroma is a slightly muted spiciness with citrus undertones. Tastes like a near perfect representation of the style. Good citrus lemon notes with the saison spice qualities featured. Well balanced. Highly recommended from a really good brewery.

Pretty standard when it comes to "farmhouse" ales. Some bubblegum sweetness, breadiness, and no hops to speak of. It’s sweet and pleasant. Not a bad beer just the same as all the others.
