Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a fluffy white head that lingers. Aroma of yeast, doughy, orange. Has a sour tartness to the start, smooth finish. Medium carbonation. Flavor of orange, spice, lemon grass. This isn’t my style of beer that I prefer. Too tart for my liking.

Tap at the source with willyP and wanderkate. Snifter glass. Cloudy appearance with a pineapple like color. Slight froth. Aroma is a slightly muted spiciness with citrus undertones. Tastes like a near perfect representation of the style. Good citrus lemon notes with the saison spice qualities featured. Well balanced. Highly recommended from a really good brewery.

Pretty standard when it comes to "farmhouse" ales. Some bubblegum sweetness, breadiness, and no hops to speak of. It’s sweet and pleasant. Not a bad beer just the same as all the others.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is a milky pale yellow with a tremendous white head and some sediment deposits in the bottom. Distinctively Belgian aroma of toasted pale malts, bread, yeast, pear, and thin grassy hops. Medium to bold body. The taste is toasty and sweet with a mildly dry finish. Not tart or sour in the last lie some Farmhouse ales can be.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique 140515. Don’t see many Great Divide beers out this way but the ones that you do are always very good, as is this one. Clear golden colour with a limited white head. Tropical fruit in the nose. The flavour fills the mouth with fruit and alcohol, a great combination.
