Nephilium (433), Ohio, USA Mar 19, 2008 Slight citrus aroma, with a touch of biscuit malts. Pours a clear golden color, with a thin white head. The flavor is slightly sweet, with noble hop flavors, and a slightly bitter finish. Nicely balanced, and very easy to drink.
hoppopotamus (88), Brooklyn, New York, USA Oct 5, 2008 A clear copper beer with a small whitish head that doesn’t last. Aroma is pretty weak, there’s a little bit of caramel malt and perhaps some spice, but maybe it’s just my imagination. Seriously, there’s not much there. The flavor offers a little bit more, there’s some malt and a bit of spicy hops with the associated bitterness. Feels watery. This brewery makes some great beers, but this ain’t one of them. GardenGabe (4), Colorado, USA does not count Sep 26, 2008 I poured this chilled from a bottle. There is virtually no head and little aroma. Mostly that of coriander seeds, pleasant but slight. A lovely golden color golden, crystal clear with delicate carbonation. It really quit gorgeous except for the lack of head. The flavor is nice surprise, Its well balanced; slight sweet out of gate followed immediately by a pleasant bitterness. The mouth feel is a little light but still nice and it has a nice finish. I think the new recipe worth trying. plovmand (672), Helsinge, Denmark Sep 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a big white head. Fruity aroma with some citric notes. Flavour is hoppy and bitter with a long bitter aftertaste. saxo (2305), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark Sep 22, 2008 Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers and hops. Cybercat (421), Georgia, USA Sep 20, 2008 Very cloudy, bright yellow, darkens toward honey-golden at the top of the glass. Rich aroma has strong overtone of orange. Flavor is somewhat wheaty and has a strong orange component and some hop hints. This tastes more like a wheat beer than a pale ale. Texture is smooth and pleasing.
