COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout is a new addition to the Yeti clan. A generous infusion of Denver’s own Pablo’s espresso adds yet another layer of complexity to this beer, combining with the vanilla oak character, intense roasty maltiness and bold hop profile to create a whole new breed of mythical creature. It’s official, you can now have Yeti with breakfast.

Suggested food pairings: Breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict, hash browns, cheesecake, creme brulee.

Very nice. Extremely well-balanced. Aroma of espresso, dark, roast malt, vanilla and a decent dose of hops. Pours jet, syrupy black with mocha head and lacing. Finishes straight bitter with huge, long lasting palate that goes through more roast and hops. Thick, slightly oily texture. My only advice - don’t try to pound this bottle before going into a bar...

Pours pitch black with a caramelly dark brown head that fades quickly. Appearance is beautiful. Aroma is pure coffee. Also vanilla oak with a little bit of dark fruit, dry raisins. Also a bit of soy sauce towards the end of the glass. Alcohol is well hidden. Tastes of coffee and oak and a bitter syrupy gulp down. Smooth palatte and thick mouthfeel. Easy to drink, hard to stop drinking in fact. Very tasty. Strong carbonated start, nice tart finish.

Draft. Pours jet black, under pronounced coffee aroma. Tastes bittersweet with some coffee/espresso notes. Flavor improves as it warms. Good solid stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark blackish-red with a thin dark tan head that fades. Taste is of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, oak, vanilla, hops, pine, and citrus. Similar aroma. Has a nice full and creamy body with a slight dry finish. Very easy to drink and quite enjoyable. Well worth having again.

Balanced and potent. Artfully crafted with the right amount of roasted, sweetness, coffee, bitterness. Solid mouthfeel. Aroma is a little under promiunced for the taste, maybe due to being too cold. Wonderful stout. Ranks in the top tier.

Great brew with nice oak aged background and subtle coffee flavor. A great brew to enjoy with barbecue. A little age on this one might help to mellow out the booze profile.
