3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to shaker (pounder). Pours out a gold-amber colour with a very nice foamy white head and excellent lacing. It is made from freshly harvested hops and only available about 3 months out of the year. Its nose is caramel and earth with light pine and definite hop elements. Taste is sweet, appealing, and hoppy with a caramel backdrop. Finish is bitter and sweet with caramel notes and a pleasant grass element. Complex and very flavorful

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice caramel color and lacing. Mild grassy aroma. Tastes a little sweet, grassy with a little pine coming through. Moderate bitterness and a dry finish. Less bitter than an ipa but different for a pale ale.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a murky Copper/Orange Colour with descent head into a Shaker Glass. The Aroma is of Freshly Mowed Grass with loads of Pine Needles. The mouthfeel is full bodied wow and a nice wallop of heft in the aftertaste of sugar and malt. This is very refreshing with the characteristic citrus notes. Some Lacing on the glass is visible. Kudos to the brewmaster in Denver for this Gem. Enjoy!

Light color on pour. Great hops aroma right from the start. Very tame flavor but still a nice amount of bittnerness. Really nice!! Glad I have a 22oz bottle!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled in Sept. 2011, drank in Mar. 2012; could attribute to mild flavors
S: gold color, slight haze, solid collar, thick lacing
A: very light smell, not much going on, but there is a faint sweetness, kind of like a creamy butterscotch
T: very mild bitterness, slightly sweet at the beginning, dries out at the end, medium finish
O: this is a good beer, but not a lot going on. I'm afraid the "fresh" hops are no longer fresh

Dark gold. Nose is small with a hint of stone fruit and grass. Great mouthfeel. Finish is singing to me. The hops are crisp and well defined. Clean grass and underripe peaches. Very nice.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Smells of crisp citrus, nice hops, then thick and syrupy grapefruit. Pours an orangey copper color with big white head and floaters in the column. Tastes of green plant like hops and balanced out by malt presence. Nasal Hops.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Great grassy fresh hop aroma. Moderate bitterness. Perfect balance of maltiness and hoppyness to create a dangerously drinkable beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a deep copper color with white head. Aroma is a little bit grassy and hops and a little malt. Taste is a little bit hoppy but really just kind of the standard pale ale. I expected more. It's good but nothing spectacular.
