3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: NOV 12, 2009 In short: Juicy hops and more juicy hops. Great thirst quencher.
How: Clear golden body with some particles and a medium white head
In long: As the name suggests, the hops feel really fresh. Very floral freshly picked juicy hops abound from the nose. Light orange fruity flavour. Grass juice. Discreet malt profile. Despite being packed with hops, the finish is very juicy but only mildly bitter. Just very juicy hops wall to wall. Another winner from Great Divide. It’s all about those hops that feel fresher than a fart in an elevator.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
BBD of 12/30/13. Pours a light copper with a nice head that laces well. Mild nose of pine hops with a citrus background. Light medium body with normal carbonation. Nice balanced hop flavor with grapefruit at the front while the pine claims the back end. Finishes clean with a slight residual bitterness of mostly grapefruit and then followed by pine. A sound beer that is well suited for those that desire a not too hoppy brew.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Serving type: 22 oz bottle
A: pours a copper orange color with a decent amount of head. Great lacing too!
S: grassy and citrus notes, along with some pine. Smells really inviting as it should being a fresh hop ale.
T: it is a very clean tasting beer, that finishes smooth. There is no resiny aftertaste. It has a pleasant fresh grass and citrus flavor profile, with a slight malt backbone.
O: a very fresh tasting pale ale that I would buy again!

Bomber. Rich orange pour with a spotty foamy white head. Nice bold aroma of grassy and sweet floral hops. Smooth palate, clean with soft edges. Nice bold hop punch but well balanced. Great beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 oz. bottle from Total Wine, Chesapeake, VA (best before December 30, 2013). Dark orange pour with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of pine, pineapple, and grapefruit rind. Well-balanced flavor of piney and grassy hops with notes of toffee and caramel. Bitterness does not linger too long on the palate. This is a well-balanced, easily quaffable pale ale that stands near the top of the heap.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beer has a clear amber color with a large off-white head and smells like pure hops: resin, floral, and grass. Although the scent isn’t too overpowering, the taste hits you hard with a heavy bitterness with a mild sweetness, but these two flavors blend extremely well, leaving you wanting more. Also, the palate very nicely complements the flavor with the thin texture, light body, soft carbonation, and a slightly bitter but definitely long finish. This beer is definitely great and light despite a nice large flavor. Very well done.

Bomber->SA. Clear bright copper with big frothy offwhite head. Aroma and taste a strong pine and citrus hops over malt. Somewhat watery. Lingering bitterness. Taste is a bit off-putting. OK, but disappointing.
