4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap @ Beer Temple
Pours a slightly hazy orange body with a medium fluffy head. Aroma is incredibly fresh. Loads of flowery hops. Light bodied yet intense.
Taste of fresh citrus hops, grassy, medium bitterness, very clean and lively. Possibly best regular pale ale ever.

This is an awesome fresh hop beer. This is the type if fresh hop beer other fresh hop beers wish they could be. Great golden/orange color with white lasting head. Wonderful citrusy aroma. Overall tasty beer.

phenomenal rich fluffy cream-colored head, glowing light-copper color. huge grassy, green-citrus, and slight caramel aromas. a touch of earth in the grass. tight and sharp hop bite up front, but the bitterness fades so smoothly and perfectly, leaving a touch of lingering grass, and herbal-citrus essence. good medium mouthfeel, with plenty of carbonation to keep the palate light. Exceedingly drinkable.

This is almost an IPA in the flavor and the amount of hop aroma & taste it has. Great beer.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I loved this one. Its got everything a big IPA is supposed to have, but its an American pale ale. Cloudy copper body with a white-ish head. Mouthfeel is thick and sticky - like a good imperial IPA. But the flavor is so mild and well balanced. I was expecting a big hop bite, but got a sweet, slightly dry, simmering hops. Excellent beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a 22 ounce bomber into a Duvel tulip. Bottled on October 5, 2010 printed on label.
Appearance: Pours a light golden caramel color with a 1 finger frothy white head. Good lacing.
Smell: Pine, orange and grapefruit. Not exactly complex, but the hops smell great.
Taste: This is hoppy through and through with just a touch of pale malt. The hop flavors are pine, grapefruit, orange and lemon zest. It is bitter, but not overly so. The aftertaste is mildly bitter with just a hint of sweet citrus.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Goes down very smooth.
Drinkability: Excellent drinkability. Iím pretty sure I could go back for another bomber if I had one.
Overall: Excellent beer overall. This seems to tiptoe the line between pale ale and IPA, but I think it manages to remain a pale ale. I really enjoyed this one. I highly recommend checking it out.

Damn! Iíve disliked all the Great Divide beers Iíve had so I didnít think this would be any different seeing as we had an Expo, Hopslam and Double Trouble before this beer. (Spaced 30 minutes apart.) Pours a light orange with light, white head. Aroma is grassy but more malty and slight hop driven. Taste, GRASS! Love this flavor and never had it this pronounced in a beer. Awesome palate with some great malt/hop/lemon citrus flavors. Overall, I love this beer and was shocked it was 3+ months old! Canít wait to try this one next year super fresh. Iíll have to reconsider Great Divide in the future after this beer.
