22 oz bomber at the 2007 beer exchange. We all sampled and I was surprised that I didn’t notice a real big difference in the "wet hopping" process other than a less pronounced flavor and bitterness, but a bit of a "clean flavor". Not a ton of sweetness, but very well balanced and quite a nice brew to enjoy with a bunch of good friends. It was a fine beer with a nice orange color and a slight citrus aroma and flavor. Good.

Sep 25, 2008 tap at Falling Rock. copper pour with creamy off white head. lacing. red ale aroma, well hopped and fruity. rich and creamy. nicely hopped and light bitterness. earthy fresh hops. nice.

Sep 18, 2008 Updated: Oct 4, 2008On tap at Old Chicago as "liberally hopped ale" this beer looked like the rice beer Samurai and tasted like it but with more hops. Crisp, drinkable and with heavy carbonation but I was not too impressed.

Sep 17, 2008 Easy to drink, fresh, hoppy and fun. Rather light in general but it adds to the drinkability wich is a nice combination with the hoppiness in this beer.

Sep 4, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear amber with a white head. Grassy and floral aroma with a nice caramel malt balance. The flavor is floral, grassy, and herbal, and again very well balanced. Not bad.

Aug 31, 2008 2007 Bottle. Pours with a largish, slightly yellow, rocky white head that leaves lots of lacing. Ever so slightly hazed amber body. Tangy orange-citrus hops on the nose with a touch of cannabis. Taste is m alty with some light, but dank, chewy hops rounding out the finish (but bitterness is very moderate). Full, slightly syrupy mouthfeel.
