Ungstrup (10794), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 13, 2007 Bottled. A light golden beer with a medium bubbly beige head. The aroma is very spicy and yeasty - very Belgian, also with a touch of fruit primarily peaches. The flavor is powerful and complex with notes of fruit, spices, alcohol, yeast, and more. The dominant spice is coriander. The alcohol is very strong and felt on the palate and warms the mouth. omhper (9956), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 31, 2007 Bottled at RBESG ’07. Clear golden. Sweaty grapefruit aroma. Dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy and very hoppy with lingering bitter finish. Very American style, and quite good at that. Papsoe (9656), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 2, 2007 (Bottle 65 cl) Clear, pale golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt and fruit. Full-bodied rich with sweet, pale malts, notes of fruit and vitamins and a solid bitterness in the finish. 230807 Oakes (6776), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Dec 11, 2007 Hazy blonde. No head. Rather perfumey aroma. Flavour is apple-perfume with a hint of baguette. You can sense a hint of Duvellishness but that serves to call attention to the fact that this doesn’t measure up. joergen (6130), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 21, 2007 Bottle.
