Bottle. Bright golden and clear. Little head. The aroma is vaguely banana-laced. Drinks with a exceptionally smooth mouthfeel. Very drinkable, easy-going Belgian-style. (#3628, 8/2/2009)

Draft at Beveridge Place Pub. Pours crystal golden with a few rising streams of bubbles and a thinnish, semi-fizzy white head that leaves minimal lace. Huge green apple nose; seems like it might even be a room-filler. Might also be bolstered, unfortunately, with a white sugar addition that’s a bit on the unsubtle side. Medium bodied, softly fizzy attack. Seems very restrained, even the mid-palate has relatively little flavor. Soft, lightly sweet finish.

Hazy straw yellow, estery floral/perfume aroma. I’m not sure if there is wheat in this, but this has a wheaty character to it, along with flowery yeast. Unfortunately there is a rather harsh hot alcohol note in the finish that detracts from the overall palate (which is average at best really).

Pours light golden, thick white head. Aroma is yeasty with citrus nose. Taste is yeasty, fruty (apricot), malty, some sweet caramel. Light hop bitterness with spices in the finish. An average ale, alcohol is well present.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet malty, fruity, and caramel aroma and taste with bready and straw notes.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, apricots and spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, apricots, pienapple, coriander, a hint of yeast and generous amounts of spicy, citrussy hops. Slightly above medium body, leaning in the sweet direction. Nice and tasty with a generous spicy hop character.

Bottled. Thx ekstedt. Slightly hazy, pale yellow. Dusty, yeasty aroma. Grayss and pretty dry flavour with some fruitiness.

Tap @ GD. Poured a clear bright yellow color with a white head. The aroma was malty with a fair amount of Belgian yeast character. The flavor was yeasty with a sweet malt start but a very dry bitter finish. To dry for me. Medium bodied.

Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Knightly Spirits (Orlando, FL). Arôme: Odeur de citron avec une pointe de fleur et d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est blonde avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’agrumes en arrière goût. (Rating #2411)

Bottled. Aroma has citrus, some grain. Clear, golden coloured beer with a white head. The taste is sweet, slightly bitter, has citrus. Boring.
