COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HEYDAY is an eminently pleasant Belgian-Style White Ale. Brewed with barley, oats and raw wheat, Heyday is uniquely flavorful for such an easy-drinking ale. With a slightly cloudy appearance and traditional yeast, it is a balanced, agreeable offering. Exuding mild hop bitterness and a nuanced body, this is the easiest decision you’ll make all day.

On tap at Taco Mac. Light yellow pour, with a medium, white head and perfect lacing. Light lemon and orange aroma, with some notes of hay, bread dough, and cloves. Very sweet flavor, with a little citrusy tartness. Light body, crisp and refreshing. Overall, this is simple and light, even for a witbier. Very drinkable and tasty.

Fairly typical Belgian white, other than pouring surprisingly clear. Banana, citrus and spice.

Cold pour from bottle. Appearance is pretty much yellow, solid white retaining walls of head and lace. Spicy and fruity aroma, big banana notes, slightly toasted malts, little hop. Flavor is banana hefe, spice, hop, water. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2015. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Simple biscuity and wheaty aroma. Light sweet flavor, a little papery, with notes of lemon rind, wheat, yeast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish, some paper, grain, wheat, vague citrus. So so.

From bottle, served in snifter. Ugly pale yellow, light bodied with average carbonation. Clean lemon finish but watery tasting.

Thought it would be cloudy from notes on the bottle, but it's quite clear with lots of streaming carbonation. Color is pale yellow. Yeast esters of apple and pear combines with unsweet canned corn in the nose along with pale malts, a light toastiness, mild wheat, oats and hints of Brazilian nuts. Mostly the same in the taste, but rather watery. Light body and crisp and nice peeled lacing. Just ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale, hazy straw pour into the glass, with a wispy head that leaves wispy lacing. The nose is of a Belgian yeast and doughy notes. Flavors are lightly spiced, with a decent grain bill, lemony citrus, cracker, and plenty of esters and sourdough. The finish is curt and grainy with light spices, coriander and lemon zest/peel. The medium-light body and thinner, zesty mouthfeel make for a drinkable pull anytime. Decent. Not overtly complex, but would make for a nice Belgian session brew.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow body under a one finger fizzy white head that faded to a thin covering. The nose is delicately spiced, which I appreciate for the style, with just a hint of coriander and a clean light wheat malt base. Flavor wise, there’s a bit more orange peel and coriander, but still quite subtle and pleasant. Nice light wheat base with some subtle yeastiness. light bodied and very easy drinking with gentle carbonation. Pretty good Wit.

Super pale yellow pour, murky, not overly attractive. Some spice on the nose, mildly tart on the tongue. Not a ton else going on. Kinda coats the tongue. Easy to drink, but not necessarily great.

Poured a cloudy sunny yellow. Lumpy foam head stuck around for a little bit. Crisp and a touch dry through a clean wheat palate. Little lemon hanging around. Good all day beer.

I has a light golden to straw color with a minimal white head. The head does produce a bit of lacing. It has an aroma of wheat and spices mixed with a bit of yeast. It has a quality wheat flavor with spices and some yeast flavors. It’s a bit lively with the carbonation as well.
