2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Classic Wit aroma; Lime, lemon and a delightful bubblegum. Highly carbonated and very drinkable. Biggest issue is the flavor which comes off a bit soapy and at times dirty. Not a bad example but not great.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
12 oz. bottle. Very pale pour, very little head. Not a lot going on here, I tasted a little dishsoap on this one. This is one witbier I will stay away from, Bluemoon is better than this.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy yellow color. Tastes like wheat, grains, spice, and yogurt. Feels flabby due to the lack of acidity.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
10/18/13. 12oz bottle thanks to PorterPounder, I believe. Hazy orange pour with a small khaki head. Mild aroma, not too offensive, some spice, esters, orange, wheat tang, etc. Even milder flavor, too plain, hints at citrus and spice, soft wheat. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home. Pale straw color, slightly cloudy. Belgian yeast aroma, with banana and straw being prominent. Simple flavor profile, basically follows the nose. Clean quick finish. Light and dry. Very drinkable.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle:   Pale straw, very light in color unlike many others in the style, light carbonation, light to moderate sudsy white head, no real lacing.   Lightly spiced mealy nose.   Not real bright, no real noticeable spices.   A bit better on the tongue, some spices but they are very muted.   Bright wheaty notes.   Has a pale and stale fruitiness that comes out on the backside, like watered down apple juice.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Lingering stale, old, watered down apple cider.   This has nothing to do with a Wit-bier at this point.   Meh...

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slight haze with white head. Not nearly as cloudy as some whites. Tastes like a ride on a straw bale pulled by a wagon through the corn maze. Lots of grist In the nose from the apparent Belgian yeast but not too much funk in the flavor from it, consistent with the relative clarity and lack of yeast in the bottle. Extremely light and drinkable.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Nose of wheat, lemon, coriander. Very pale yellow, almost clear, with light haze and a bright white soapy head. Slick fullish body with med-strong carbonation and a bready resolution, no bitterness but a little bit of coriander linger that seems closer to grainy astringency than rich spice. Lightly sweet with light booze, neither of which fades, however. I’ll give them this, they’ve nailed a certain kind of Belgian Wit, but unfortunately the rougher sort.
