COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nomad is our spin on the classic Bohemian Pilsner style. The journey starts with German malts and Saaz hops that offer a lively floral nose and crispness, while a full 5 weeks of lagering time ensures that Nomad is eminently balanced. This Nomad may wander, but it’s got some serious roots.

Crisp grain and saaz laden aroma. Yellow lager color, good carbonation. Initial bitter flavor, nice biscuit aftertaste. Body has a cracker like crunch, then a smooth finish. Seems to fit the pattern of US-brewed Bohemians.

@ Hyde Park Wine and Spirits / Cincinnati OH --- Nearly clear medium amber, bubbly head that slowly drops to a cover, mottled streaks of lace. Taste is malt that is quickly joined by floral hops; both move to a finish that grows slightly sweeter. A pilsner that is true to the German style, drinkable and thirst-quenching. Recommended.

Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is floral and honey malts with some noble hops. Taste is sweet and floral malts with a light hop bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a thin, lacing white head. Light malty aroma. Smooth taste with a light grassy finish. Very crisp. Very good pils to drink on a nice, warm day.

Bold, golden yellow in color with a bright white head, this pilsener is sour and grainy in the nose, with a touch of earthy hops. In the mouth it’s very grainy and full, with grain and bitter, wet hops pushing through to the finish. Overall, it’s a very full, thick, and grainy pilsener with a respectable dose of hops. Bravo… I love that freshly fermented grain flavor!

No head from a bottle pour into a Pilsner glass. Very bready aroma. Nice carbonation on the palate. Hops come forward in the flavor. Bought this to represent Denver at the 2013 Super Bowl party. Expensive.

Pours a clear straw yellow. Somewhat overcarbonated with three or four inches of white head - even with a careful pour. Aroma is very nice fresh and floral. Flavor follows. Nicely hopped. Nicely balanced. Very nice beer.

Bottle, slight hazy very pale straw yellow with a thin quick spritzy head. Light grain and a bit of stale hay with some flory hoppiness. Pretty strong noble hop bite and soft malty body. A dcent pilsner.

Clear yellow gold with a two-finger fizzy white and minimal lace. Aromas of bready malt, cereal, grass with hints of lemon. Flavors are similar, with gentle doughy malt and citrusy hops. Light body, lively carbonation, soft mouthfeel, and a crisp finish.

12 oz bottle. Slightly haze golden pour with little head. Crisp on the tongue with a nice touch of bitter hops. Very smooth and makes a great session beer. Pilsener is not my favorit style, but this one is great in my book.
