3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Crisp grain and saaz laden aroma. Yellow lager color, good carbonation. Initial bitter flavor, nice biscuit aftertaste. Body has a cracker like crunch, then a smooth finish. Seems to fit the pattern of US-brewed Bohemians.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle on JUL 30 2013, hoping for the best. Nose still fresh and very bright, golden sunshine for Pils malt, light bread, and a hint of swirling caramel underneath. Clear, bright golden with a bright white, clingy rocky head. Taste dry, clean, light-medium bitterness, light mineral character, grass clippings, good slightly dank hop character and light chalk. Biscuity. Medium-full body; the real problem here may be that it’s too full, or rather filling, for more than 8-10oz. Starting to see more and more American pilsners (below the macro-level) trending toward this kind of output and I’m a fan.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Ginger Man with Paul. Pours a clear golden copper body with thin white lacing. Aroma is nice - crisp grass and fresh clean malt. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of pale malt, grain, light grass and a somewhat abrasive malt liquor character in the finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden beer with a medium sized white head. Aroma is rather skunky and malty. Flavour is faint, grainy and fresh. Not much special to report here actually. Just an ok pils.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Great Divide, Denver. Poured a clear light amber with a broken thin white head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a malty yeast hoppy palate. A pretty damn good Pilsener I must say.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle (12 oz). Hazy yellow golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is mild with cereals, grass and lemony notes. Taste is also mild and slightly sweet with lemony notes, cereals, grass and a nice honey touch. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Clean. Refreshing and drinkable, but a little bland and not that much crisp.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I got a little of the metallic that others described, esp. early on with the beer, but the Saaz was a little funky for me--in the aroma, it seemed to me to have a little something Belgian. That’s the floral they pitch in the ad text. I was a little tired by this about 2/3rds of the way through the bottle, but it wasn’t terrible. Bottle.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Ar: Sweet grainy malt - crackers, a bit of sulfur - some hop spice.
Ap: Clear gold - medium white head with moderate retention - a thin cap of foam remains.
T: Grainy malt - medium-high bitterness - somewhat soapy, a bit metallic.
P: Medium body with medium-high carbonation.
O: The soapy and metallic flavors really detract from the malt.
