COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Much like its legendary predecessors, this Yeti is big, bold and dark.  The addition of rolled oats softens Yeti’s notoriously roasty backbone and the small amount of raisins added in the brew kettle create a unique dark fruit character.  Just as admired as those that came before it, Oatmeal Yeti Imperial Stout is a softer beast.

Pitch black, aroma with mild notes of belgian yeast, chocolate, coffee. The oatmeal makes this much smoother then the original. Really good!

Raisins, dark fruit, licorice and light coffee in both taste and smell. Heavy bitterness in the aftertaste that fills the mouth forever. Gets better the hotter it gets. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle from the Malmo Hansacompagniet, Systembolaget. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is big liqourice malt, light caramel, light raisins. The flavour is strong bitter with a rich malt liqourice coffee dark chocolate palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

June 2013 Bottle. Totally holds up and is still delicious. Less raisen and sweet fruit and more towards a dry smokey molasses and chocolate. I like it aged a little better. The malty flavors are so well balanced with the body and booze.

Poured from a 22. Color is dark with a tan head. Aroma is sweet like molasses. Flavor is slightly boozy, sweet with molasses and raisin. There is a nice roasty malt flavor to it with a slight chalky finish. Great beer!

22 oz bottle. Aroma: malty, roasty, and boozy, with hints of molasses, vanilla, raisin, toffee, and leather. Taste/Palate: sweet and creamy; finishes slightly astringent and bitter. My new favorite beer of all time. Perfection!

Flaska från systemet - Mörk med brunt skum. Härlig maltig arom. Smaken är som en standard yeti men något sötare och snällare i sin smak. Av specialversionerna av Yeti är detta min favorit.

22oz bottle in snifter. Black with a nice mushy head of two fingers with plenty of lacing. Aroma is dark chocolate and roasted malts. Follows onto the palate with a bite of whiskey nip toward the finish. Pretty dry but not the smoothest drinking stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
