COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Much like its legendary predecessors, this Yeti is big, bold and dark.  The addition of rolled oats softens Yeti’s notoriously roasty backbone and the small amount of raisins added in the brew kettle create a unique dark fruit character.  Just as admired as those that came before it, Oatmeal Yeti Imperial Stout is a softer beast.

It is a well blend aroma of oatmeal, raisins, and roasted malts. It is colored black with a rich chocolate brown head that slowly dissipates. A very rich taste with some bitterness that blends the oatmeal and the malts well, with a hint of the raisins. Definitely one of my favorites.

Pours an opaque black from the bomber with fluffy tan head that dissipates to leave good lace. Aroma of roasted dark malts and hints of chocolate and coffee. Taste follows, a hint of booze and more toward the chocolate than the roast. Smooth mouth, soft carbonation, booze is fairly well hidden. Not my favorite of the variants, but still a solid imperial stout.
