3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Market Square Liquors, Timberlane. Elegant label, standard longneck, foggy gold beer, thin white head. Fresh, yeasty, lightly sweet, lightly fruity aroma. Tangy, biscuity, puff pastry flavor, a little mineral, modestly bitter. Undertones suggest that seafood would be a good pairing. Medium body, effervescent. Light citrus peel bitterness in the finish. Enjoyable.

Poured a cloudy honey color with a thick two-finger white head. Aroma is dough, earthy, banana, bubblegum, caramel, and candy. Taste is banana, raisin, bubblegum, lemon, tea, and an odd metallic bittersweet finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle shared with my old buddy Danel Knight. Glad he’s into good beer. This one was just so-so. Had no idea it was a tripel as I didnt see any indication of style other than "Belgian-style" written on the bottle. Maybe I missed it. Anyway, it wasnt super distinctive. Coriander, orange peel, esters, but boring and passable.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
draft at tap room. Pours yellow with white head. Aroma is a bit spicy, clove. Medium bodied. Flavor has notes of wheat, belgian yeast, and spice, but lacks the fruitiness and complexity of a good tripel. I love great divide’s american beer styles but like the collete "saison", this tripel leaves a lot to be wanted.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ The BeerMongers... Poured vibrant golden/yellow with a thick, fizzy white head. Mild retention, a quick swirl of the glass allowed the head to form again thickly. Nice dryness. Big graininess with lots of yeast esters. Creamy, full mouthfeel. Citrus and other light fruits with some hop bitterness.. Would be great on warm day. Despite the higher ABV it was quite thirst quenching.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a very hazy and bright yellow with a more thin white head. Aroma has Belgian yeast, spices, orange, and hints of banana and lemon. It is quite pleasant. I think the taste is a notch below my initial impressions. It is heavy on orange, along with yeast and spices. I can taste a little bit of alcohol throughout drinking. Short spicy aftertaste. This one is sweet, perhaps a little to sweet actually. Medium in body, slick in texture, with the carbonation being more flat. This one isn’t really my style. But its alright.

Bottle served in a tulip. Pours hazy light orange with a short white head. Minimal retention and spotty lacing. Bright orange peel, light yeast spiciness and a clean yet complex grainy malt aroma. Really nice. Medium sweet attack then the yeast and orange zest. Medium body, creamy-oily textutre, average carbonation, and a sticky wheat, light oily finish.
