COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Orabelle is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye. This Belgian-style tripel is a golden beauty. Its two yeast strains, orange peel, and dash of corriander impart suprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. Don’t let ORABELLE’s nature fool you, this is one flavorful brew. Watch out, she’s a charmer- one sip and you’ll be in love.

Draught at The Lazy Moon Craft Tavern, Port Angeles
Muddy pale blond color, with creamy head. One more American attempt at Belgian Styles, too sweet, moderately fruity, including banana, and lightly spicy.
Not interesting to me.

Pale orange colored pour with a nice haze to it and a tall white head. Slight lemon zest aroma along with coriander, pepper, banana, and orange peel. Yeast and a somewhat nice dry malt profile, too. The flavor is heavy on the banana and citrus character. Somewhat dry, but a bit of malt and sugar sweetness. Coriander and pepper spiciness, light lemon, and a yeasty finish.

Cloudy orangish pour, white head. Tripel or imperial blue moon? I really felt as if I was drinking a jacked up blue moon. It looked a lot the same and tasted a lot the same. Dont get me wrong, it was better than a blue moon, but not by tons.

Bottle @ home picked up in a mixer sixer at some dumpy liquor store in Fort Collins. Pours a bit hazy, yellow orange appearance with a small white head. Spicy, wheat/cereal malty, vanilla, very spicy yeasty, light banana aroma. Juicy banana/lemon, prickly spicy yeasty, thick citrus peel, coriander, chewy bready, big sweet wheat malty flavor. I’m a bit torn on this but I don’t think I’m a huge fan.
