12 oz bottled 5 weeks ago. Pours golden-orange and hazy with a white fluffy head that sticks on the glass. The aroma is yeasty, oranges, spices, herbs, fruit. Light to medium body with a grainy texture and soft carbonation. Zesty fruit flavor balanced well by the two yeast strains and wheat. Very smooth and drinkable with dry finish. A fruity tripel with great balance and flavor.

12 oz bottle shared by csbosox. Bottled Jan 16 printed on label. The pour is hazy a yellow, with a small white head. The aroma is straw, along with sweet maltiness and a clove yeastiness. The taste is the traditional Tripel flavors, natural malt sweetness, hay straw, and a strong clove yeast presence. I noticed a hint of fruit stripe gum as it warmed. Nicely made beer, thanks for sharing Chris.

12 oz bottle pours a pale golden/straw color with fair white head but not much lacing. Aroma is everything I expected from a classic Belgian White: Orange peel, coriander, wheat, earthy yeast. (nevermind that RB calls it a Tripel). Taste is slightly bitter. Body is medium. Alcohol is very well hidden - I thought it was more like 5.5%. This one is very drinkable and refreshing and one I will definitely try again.

Bottle served in a tulip. Pours hazy light orange with a short white head. Minimal retention and spotty lacing. Bright orange peel, light yeast spiciness and a clean yet complex grainy malt aroma. Really nice. Medium sweet attack then the yeast and orange zest. Medium body, creamy-oily textutre, average carbonation, and a sticky wheat, light oily finish.

Poured from a bottle into a won’t glass. Pours a translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is esters, fruit, some light grain. Taste has a velvety sweetness and smooth fruity finish. Pretty good tripel overall.
