bottle. heavily hazed golden wheat body, small white head, yeast does not come out of suspension. might guess about some sour mash wheat and malt here, there’s a lot of minerals / salted lemon / dish soap / tart citrus acid in the nose, but there’s also some coriander / ginger / peppercorn notes that are affecting it. syrupy, sweet, Belgian-style golden ale, that’s about what it is. but it becomes terribly sweet and juicy - making me salivate and gleek - and the oily and syrupy sugar just sits permanently in the mouth. dang. have to say the nose had promise but the flavor and texture - goopy, syrupy, cloying - ruin it for me.

cloudy yellow amber like a wheatbeer, pure white head with lacing but dissipates as it warms..tastes spice, peppery, lemony, citrusy and slightly apple as well, lght to medium body, slick and watery..lots of burn for 8 percent but could be due to the spiciness as well overall good refreshing and tasty but really not my style

Can. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth and softish palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and creamy sweet malts. Tangy sweet fruits and floralness. Sweetish esters. Smooth finish. Smooth and sweet then, but quite drinkable.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy appearance. Golden color. Thick, frothy white head that presents cobweb lacing. Reminds me somewhat of a pale lager aroma. Some orange. Some grainy aromas. Very light for such a high alcohol beer. Leaves a slight creaminess on the palate. Little bit of vanilla. Low carbonation. Finish is light and abrupt. Wheat seems to dominate the taste. This is a easy drinking beer. Be careful as it will bite later.

Sourdough bread, orange zest, phenolic yeast and coriander aromas. Taste is orange zest, lemon-lime, straw, clove, black pepper, lots of coriander, and sourdough bread. This beer also has a nice creamy mouthfeel that should be noted.
