Wow. This thing must need more age. Iím guessing itís a year old, but it needs more. Not hot. Infact, its quite mellow, but its very syrupy. Almost like peach syrup. Kinda like a euro strong lager actually, but with peach juice. Didnít really care for it. Overly sweet. Murky dull amber pour is appealing, but it doesnít make up for the rest. A rare dissapointment from Great Divide.

Sweet with peaches and a light sourness. long finish - but a bit cloying and tough to pair with food.

Hazy amber beer, good size cream colour head. Creamy malt nose. Palate is airy and semi dry with very fine carbonation. Fluffy creamy malts, sweetish. Brandyish alcohol and a little fruit liqueur. Mild spice. Light semi dry finish. Entertaining.

Some funk in the nose until the glass warmed up. Noticeable Brett character. Once warmed the peach is very faint on the nose. Especially after a few swigs. The sour is very light, and I feel more on the funk side. The peach is there but not overly powerful. Blind tasting Id think it was fermentation character only. the body is thick and sweet, the beer is high abv at 12%, but the dryness could be a bit more on the finish. Overall a good beer, not sure if I'd pay that much for a bottle again.

Bottle. Outstanding clarity in a liquid copper shiny as a spanking new penny. One finger of silky off-white head. Smooth aroma, nothing really sticks out. Peach for sure, a hint of banana, some floral rosy notes, a splash of ethanol. In the flavor, I get pear, peach, red apple, banana, a hint of white pepper and faint vanilla. Sweet, somewhat boozy finish of white raisins. Masterful work hiding the alcohol in this beast. As gentle as a 6 percent Belgian pale.

Hazy golden coloured body with a copper glow and a thin, tannish head, only about a centimetre tall. Aroma of caster sugar, peaches, light malt, icing sugar and a bit of yeast - not too pungent. Medium-bodied; Strong rich peach flavour at first that fades immediately to alcohol, malt, yeast and a bit of bread - not too great. Aftertaste shows some sugars from fruit and caster sugar, but a large malt body and a not-so-pleasant peach flavour make this a bit obtuse. Overall, a decent beer at best, and a typical beer at worst - the problem is the price. This is definitely NOT worth searching out for, unless you get a steal of a price. I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 28-March-2015 for US$21,99 sampled at home in Washington on 05-April-2015.

750 ml bottle, label says bottled on NOV 18, 2014. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a hazy orange/copper color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. Aroma is sweet and fruity, the brew smells like processed candied/syrupy peaches, caramel, bready malt, cloves and a bit of dark fruit (figs). I think the taste pretty much is just like the aroma, but thereís also some sweet spiciness, brown sugar and a bit of booze noticeable. But for being 12% ABV, itís not as boozy as I thought it would be. All the peach to me in both the aroma and flavor is the candied/processed kind, and there isnít any "fresh" peaches from what I can tell. Mouthfeel/body is medium, itís slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. Overall I liked this brew and Iím glad I tried it, but at $19.99 a bottle I wouldnít buy it again at that price.
