Commercial Description:
A malty, copper-hued treat from start to finish, Ridgeline begins with a distinctive, estery aroma. Followed with a complex, nutty malt flavor true to its Scottish-style heritage, Ridgeline delivers unparalleled character and dimension. A touch of hops rounds out its silky, full body, highlighting Ridgeline’s subtle but engrossing character.

LIght copper color with a lasting white head. Light malt aroma. Taste is also very malty, with a nice earthiness along with some caramel. Somewhat soapy towards the finish, minimal hoppiness. Bitter finish. So-so.

Pours a clear mahagonay color with a medium ivory head. Mild nut and malt aroma. Light to medium body with a gentle carbonation and strong nut flavors balanced by malt, toast, and caramel.

(Bottle) Pours a light brown color with a mediocre head. Malty aroma. A good blend of malts in the flavor. Rich caramel and nut notes. Slightly overcarbonated. Otherwise, a pretty good beer, and something I would buy again.

Medium copper color...a fluffy foam on the pour, that doesn’t stay forever, but pleasing never the less...smells pungently sweet....mild hops and a creamy light body

good aroma and look but just not strong enough to really make an impression... good palate and flavor but just not enough to make it REALLY good

Bottle. Amber color, hazy. Just a hint of earthy hops, toffee and a hint of raspberry in the aroma. Mellow toffee flavor with melon and a hint of licorice. Decent brew.

Caramel malt aroma. At first nutty malt taste, then hop bitterness. Very smooth.
