uglyblond1 (173), Nebraska, USA Jun 13, 2006 A smooth beer on tap in Denver. It has a robust but mellow malt flavor, plenty of grain, not very strong in hops, it is refreshing. Ibrew2or3 (2714), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA Jun 7, 2006 Initially poured out crystal clear copper color until some sediment hit the glass. It is now a murky orange-copper color with nice off white head. Light malt and metallic aroma. Flavor is light and a bit watery. Taste is caramel and grainy malt. oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA Jun 7, 2006 Pours a nice clear orange color. Aromas of caramel, hint of something fruity and hops. Nice mellow malt taste with a touch of hop bitterness. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Jun 4, 2006 Tap at Come Back Inn, Madison WI for $4.75/pint. Fresh hop aroma with some diacetyl. Nice. Clear amber with a small, light tan head that reduces to no head. Could be the glassware. Initial mouthfeel is thin. Disappointing for a Great Divide beer. I think GD would be best served retiring this one. I just noticed that the initials for this brewer are GD, the same as those for the brewpub I had just come from earlier in the evening, Great Dane. Not a very goo beer. Amateurish. Could be a victim of dirty tap lines or just beer that had been sitting in the lines. Or, just may not be that good. My rating is similar to the average. Mumpu (46), USA May 28, 2006 Completely and utterly bland, tastes like a generic beer. This beer shames Great Divide’s otherwise excellent selection. zebracakes (1214), Washington DC, USA May 24, 2006 Another strongly carbonated beer by Great Divide. Pours amber with large cream colored head---lot of bubbles rising to the surface. Aroma is slightly sweet metallic. Taste is a bit bitter with metallic finish. Not very good. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA May 22, 2006 This poured out an aptly amber body with a thick, off-white head. The nose is sweet malt, slightly buttery, with light fruits and nuts. The fruits step forward in the taste and a mild herbal bitterness is introduced. Pretty enjoyable for a style that doesn’t usually arouse my interest.

jimmyh221 (157), Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA May 19, 2006 It was a cloudy amber in color with a spare head. It was a nice balanced beer that went down smooth.
