Commercial Description:
A malty, copper-hued treat from start to finish, Ridgeline begins with a distinctive, estery aroma. Followed with a complex, nutty malt flavor true to its Scottish-style heritage, Ridgeline delivers unparalleled character and dimension. A touch of hops rounds out its silky, full body, highlighting Ridgeline’s subtle but engrossing character.

Flowery and fruity aroma, citrusy and orange. Pours orange to amber, medium off-white head. Some malt in the flavor, with some fizzy hoppyness on the tongue. Not much flavor

Pours copper. Aroma is mild malts with some yeast. Flavor is caramel and nuts. Very plain regular amber. If you don’t like the amber ales, not something you will kick yourself for missing.

Slight sweet malt nose. Rich amber with reddish hue. Had a nice caramel/toffee sweetness. Good carbonation. Not my favorite style, but a very enjoyable Amber Ale.

Bottle. Pours an amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and light hops. Taste is semii sweet of malt balanced with a nice hop splash. Medium body with a slightly dry bitter finish.

bottle poured an amber in color with over the top carbination on the pour producing a white three finger head that overflowed the glass a bit. in the head were a few floaters resembling ground nutmeg. aroma has caramel malt, touch of dark fruit, and a little nuts. mouth feel is medium light again with heavy carbination felt on the tongue. flavor is malted for the most part but not bitter, has some light hops, and finishes with malt and some dry nuttiness. good drinking beer with more yeasty spice as it warms

12oz bottle(I had it as Arapahoe Amber)-An amber body with a small off white head and an aroma of a little malt. Taste of the same. Not a bad brew but was expecting more. 12oz bottle(1/08)(courtesy of RSRIZZO)-An amber body with a huge off white head and an aroma of malt and surprising hops. Taste of the same with with a nice malt characterisitics and a dry finish. Better than the last time 3.3
