Sep 25, 2008 Pours a clear yellow color which is a bit surprising considering it’s supposed to be unfiltered. Nice creamy white head. Aroma of light malt, hops and lemon. Has an ale taste with the crispness of a Japanese lager. Clean, slightly hoppy finish. Very drinkable.

Sep 25, 2008 A classic example of a beer’s name being the only thing it has going for it. The sweet rice undertone was a pleasant surprise, but overall the beer was thin, the aroma was flat and the flavor just wasn’t there... more aftertaste than taste.

Sep 18, 2008 Slight hoppy smell to it. Straight yellow in color. It almost tasted like a belgian. Half decent for a summer beer but nothing to write home about.

Sep 12, 2008 (Draft) Pours a hazy yellow body with a medium-sized creamy white head. Aroma of mustiness, sticky rice, wheat, and light floral/perfume. Flavor of cardboard, brown rice, lemon, and grain with a watery mouthfeel.

Sep 6, 2008 Pours a pale yellow with a consistent head. Aroma is of pale malt and rice. A very light body with almost no complexity. Taste is of pale malt and mellow hoppiness. I like the rice sweetness, but overall - bland, bland, bland.

Sep 4, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear gold with a white head. Light malt aroma with a touch of citric fruitiness. The flavor is a bit sweet with grainy and floral notes. Not bad.

Aug 31, 2008 12oz bottle. clear yellow pour with small white head. sweet smell of yeast, green apples and flowers. taste is ginger and butter. long spicy finish that seem sort of off. strange mix of flavor and the result isn’t all that pleasant.
