Plenty of malt and hints of citus and pear. It is much lighter of course but reminds me of some of my favorite old ales. Best I can recall in a style that usually disappooints me. blackmurder (164), sadf, Hawaii, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | May 10, 2008 A super easy drinking lager like blonde ale. I was impressed. Very thirst quenching. Most people rate against this style because it lacks flavor and well, it’s supposed to, ok. agillespie81 (195), Denver, Colorado, USA

Aroma and flavor is faint malt. Crispy finish, but not much on flavor. Oh well. georgekappus (296), Brookfield, Connecticut, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma was faint but fruity - orange, tangerine. Taste was faint as well, not much else there. Dry and bubbly on the palate. merlin48 (511), New Tazewell, Tennessee, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Hazt straw body has an immense white head that laces well. Aroma is muted. Some spicy and floral hops and faint bready malt. Taste has a floral hop bitterness that is balanced by a bready malt sweetness that reminds me of Rice Krispies. Not bad for style but not one I would seek out anytime soon. Bungalo22 (326), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA
