Ricey, sweet aroma, pineapple in there. Taste is rice and light bitter hops, followed by bubblegum and pineapple. Light sourness. Texture is creamy, very fizzy. Cloying aftertaste. Light malt with some herbal hints and a slight fruitiness. Flavor is very light but clean and easy drinking wiht some light malt and a touch of bitterness. Ok overall, but not up to GD’s standards. aracauna (2427), Georgia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 9, 2008 Pours a hazy yellow with a large white froth. The aroma is slightly herbal from the hops. There is a light maltiness, but there’s a bit of creosote resin in the finish that’s off-putting in a beer this light. howie (549), DeForest, Wisconsin, USA

Very brief flavors, scrubbed by carbonation. Very light noble hop (?) flavor. Delicate and free of flaws. Not my mug of beer, so to speak, but obviously well made. Sweet aroma with hints of apples and butter. Interesting flavor profile with some buttery accents, a hint of ginger, some pear juice. Nicely textured mouthfeel, but a bit muddled in the finish. Enjoyable, but not all that refreshing for a summer beer, tomthompson89 (1494), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This is one of those ratings the disappeared on me; I remember rating it at the Beveridge Place a couple summers ago and coming home and entering rates that night. Whatever. Pours murky, slightly burnished light copper. Nice creamy platinum blonde head, good webby lacing. Big sweaty nose; not sure if it’s diacetyl, a rice by-product, or both. Creamy medium body with plenty of nice carb and then a big toasty blast of unsweetened rice krispies. Hard to explain the toasted rice flavor except to say that it’s not really something you expect from a beverage. TheLeadDog (101), Kent, Washington, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 11, 2007 A beer that’s on the light side. Crisp finish with a light hoppy/malt taste, a little on the dry side. Pours cloudy with little head. Not the best from Great Divide.
