COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Great Divide brews Titan IPA for hop disciples -- independent beer drinkers seeking out robust, flavorful beers characterized by their abundance of hops, flavor, aroma and bitterness. As a big aggressively-hopped India Pale Ale, Titan IPA fills this bill -- beginning with piney hop aromas and citrus hop flavors, and finishing with a rich, malty sweetness that is carefully balanced with crisp hop bitterness. 65 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

Aroma: The smell has honey and fruits, grape-fruit and lemon, floral notes, wet grass and pine needles.
Appearance: The beer is foggy orange with a good off-white head leaving lacing.
Taste: The taste is upfront sweet, honey, then citric, grape-fruity, notes and a good balancing aromatic bitterness.
Palate: Low carbonation, soft and a bit oily, a warm finish.
Overall: A good balanced IPA, better than the bottle I’ve sampled previously.
Note: On-tap at De Klomp. Reviewed 2010-09-04.

Bottled. Pours hazy deep golden with an average, rocky off-white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, pine and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft to average carbonation. An excellent and tasty IPA. Don’t know why I’ve missed this rating tasted this one 10 years ago. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bottle. Clear, amber-red-orange appearance. White small-bubble head. Hoppy nose. Somewhat thick on the tongue (but not unpleasant at all). Rich, malty, and hoppy. Thumbs up.

Aromas herbales, principalmente a pino, y ligeramente cítricos. Color cobrizo brillante, cuerpo y carbonatacion medi.

12 oz bottle. Appearance is clear light amber color with medium, off-white head. Aroma is heavy on the citrus, pine with some floral. Taste is well balanced--aggressive bitterness from the citrus and pine tempered by a nice malty and nutty sweetness. Some hardness in the water gives it a very bright flavor. Palate is medium-bodied, smooth texture, and a dry finish. Very nice IPA.
