4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours a crystal clear copper with a one finger bubbly off white head. Smells of tangerines, grapefruit, orange, light pine and caramel. Tastes of grapefruit up front, followed by pine, tropical fruit and caramel. Finishes with a nice moderate bitterness and medium dryness. Body is perfectly in the middle for an IPA. Very good, I will be drinking again.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Fat på Oliver Twist.
Klar rödbrun vätska.
Doftar kraftigt av karamellmalt, svagt av humle.
Söt maltig smak men med humlesting.
Inte min favorittyp av IPA, men inget att klaga på egentligen.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 ounce bottle. Copper color with a small creamy beige head. Nice lacing. Fragrant tropical fruit malt nose. A note of pine hops as well. Sweet caramel malt backbone is balanced by complex citrus hops. Wonderfully spicy with a pleasant fruity character. A nice balance of malt and hops. Quite flavorful, with notes of brown sugar and vanilla.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
clear light amber color with a thin off-white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is malt with only a hint of hops. Flavor is more hoppy with a distinct grapefruit up front and then more pine, fruit and caramel.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
No real aroma, too caramelly for my tastes, good color, definitely drinkable, but not going to be a frequent buy for me.

The aroma is pineapple, citrus and a lurking bad-ass attitude underneath. The taste isn’t as striking at first, but after a few seconds when the rather sweet and almost oppressive malt base joins in, the flavors mix up in perfect balance, and gives you a performance similiar to a pair of figure skaters doing a near perfect number in your mouth.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy copper with white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and citrus. Sweet up front with lots of citrus and a little piney bitterness. Medium body of sweet caramel malt. Finishes pretty clean and pretty easy to drink. Not bad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tasted from bottle. Pours a clear orange amber with white head. Good lacing. Pine and floral hop aroma. Taste is a pretty well balanced IPA. Moderate sweet malt backbone with caramel and toffee flavors. Some pine and citrus hop flavors. Just a tad too much malt sweetness than I would like but still quite tasty. Definitely an above average IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JAN 29, 2015 330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Purchased at "Il Regno di Gambrinus" in Villorba. Thanks Paolo for your great beer selection!
A: Pours a clear orange color forming a medium off white creamy and soapy head. Medium retention and lots of lingering lacings left in the glass. Lots of particles can be seen floating around.
S: Throws off a delicious and refreshing bouquet of flowery and grassy hops. Hints of pine and resin. That’s what we can call best in business. Great notes of toffee and caramel malts. Fruity notes, mainly grapefruit.
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel malts and a bitter hoppy end. Hops are a must, as expected: grassy, piny and a bit earthy. A bit metallic sensation too
M: Medium molasses body. Medium carbonation. No alcohol can be felt despite the 7.1% ABV. Bittersweet aftertaste. A mix of grapefruit and pine. Persistent bitterness.
O: Absolutely drinkable beer. Absolutely well done. Directly to my top 10 American IPAs list :)

Look: pours a clear copper color. Bright white head.
Smell: pine. Malt. Not a heavy west coast hop aroma.
Taste: pine heavy. Slight bitter on the back. More malt flavor than a west coast IPA. This is more like an east coast.
Feel: definitely an IPA, leaves a thin film in the mouth. Slight bitterness.
Overall: ok beer. I prefer more citrus or fruit hops. But still a good beer.
First drank: home 10/13/14
