Extremely solid and balanced IPA. Bready and hoppy nose with a smooth citrus and malt finish. Beautiful golden orange with wonderful lacing as well. A sesh IPA that won’t disappoint.

Bottle 33cl. Couleur orange cuivrée, mousse onctueuse mais retombant rapidement. Arômes : sublimes d’agrume, ananas, fruits tropicaux. Bouche assez sucrée avec superbes saveurs d’orange, pamplemousse, pêche ... dans l’amertume bien contrôlée et une juste carbonatation. Fort belle longueur. Bienvenue dans les IPA.

This one has a caramel note that is apparent at least throughout the first half of the beer. Because of that, the finish is more dry than what one might expect. This IPA has a great body. It is classy and well-made. Nothing stands out as being obtrusive or in your face. This beer is an easy drinker, especially for something 7.1%. This one might be my go-to, sub-double, IPA. It’s also easy to find.

Probada en The Penrose, New York. Agosto 2016. IPA, un poco empalagosa para mi gusto. Está bien. 6.5/10 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange almost burnt brown color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Foamy messiness weaves around the glass. The aroma bleeds a sticky resin sweetness, sly bitterness smooths in decently. The flavor takes the ebb and flow of the sweet hops to malts to be bitter in both accounts. Lingering resin backing aftertaste leading into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides at a nice pace. Overall, good AIPA that I could have again.

Tap at Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush. 27/08/16. Refreshing hoppy aroma. Dark amber. Creamy frothy head, with legs to it. A restrained hoppyness. An initial hop impact, that turns to caramel. The alcohol is always there. Medium bodied with dry finish. Interesting.

Clear orange beer with nice head which leaves pretty lacing behind. Aroma has sweet fruits, grapefruit and pines. Caramel malts dominate. Taste is quite sweet with caramel malts, then hits the pines and grapefruit hop bitterness. Medium body and medium carbonation.

3.5/5 appearance, nice light brown color with foamy head and lacing. Smell is floral, fragrant.. perfectly balanced hop/malt aroma. Goes down super smooth for 7.1% IPA.. just a hint of hop bitter. Taste some piney hops and some smokey malts.. nothing extraordinary there, but a great beer overall.
