COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Great Divide brews Titan IPA for hop disciples -- independent beer drinkers seeking out robust, flavorful beers characterized by their abundance of hops, flavor, aroma and bitterness. As a big aggressively-hopped India Pale Ale, Titan IPA fills this bill -- beginning with piney hop aromas and citrus hop flavors, and finishing with a rich, malty sweetness that is carefully balanced with crisp hop bitterness. 65 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

Hazy orange with little head and lacing. Citrus, pine and bready malt aroma. Sweet caramel malt taste dominates with some bread and pine bitterness. Balanced but leans toward the sweet with semi bitter finish. Full mouthfeel, almost sticky. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home (jan 13 2016). Pours clear amber with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, malts, resin. Taste is moderate bitter, bit over moderate sweet, bitter hops, sweet solid malt base. Dry ending, bitter aftertaste. Nice!

Smells of sweet malts followed by rotted fruit with a hint of raisin at the end. See through light amber to slight gold color really like it. Starts off really creamy then follows Xtreme bitterness with the citrus fruits and rind tingences with a sweet malt like dry finish at the end. Full body that’s very creamy with light citrus carbonation. Great IPA Very complex in flavor and feel it’s a great combination of brewing. Keep pushing the boundaries. Nice work.

Gylden brun klar med høyt tykt offwhite skum.

Excelente.

Nice body, darker that most IPAs. Caramel malts, piney hops. Bordering the sweeter piney side of IPAs. Tropical, piney hops. The caramel malts still win the fight with the hops but in a good way. Balanced and full bodied. I can see why people like it. A bit malty but very good. I can see why people love it ! Nice brew

Keg at BD Soho, 05/05/16. Clear golden orange with a well appointed egg shell white head. Nose is bitter orange, straw, earthy hop, tangerine, soft bread dough, airy malts. Taste comprises sweet malts, light grapefruit, orange pith, straw, bread dough, earthy hop streak, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close doused with hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking IPA but not the beer that wowed me on my first trips around then states 10 or more years ago !

Piney, earthy hop character with caramel malt aroma. Copper appearance with a white head with average retention. Flavor has pine, woody, grassy character. Bitterness is high with a harsh character. Malt flavor has notes of bread, biscuit and a good amount of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium with medium carbonation with a slight hop astringency. This definitely is an old school IPA. I don't care for the grassy and harsh hop character. Missing the bouquet of newer age hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours copper with a thin white head. Aroma is caramel & malt. A very malty ipa, like a stone beer. Bitter finish. I really like it.
