12oz bottle, Golden/amber, thin head traps some of the oily citrus hop aroma, medium carbonation. Mouthfeel was a medium, but a bit watery with some bitterness, but less than expected. I don’t know if this one was old or what, but it was a disappointment to me. Just too soft especially after having a two hearted ale.

Oct 15, 2008 Another malty IPA. I love these styles popping up everywhere. At first a nice hop bite then rolls into a medium but vibrant malt dance. This is a great IPA.

Oct 15, 2008 A solid IPA. Very nice pine/citrus hop combination, but the malt seemed at times to overwhelm the hops with a caramel sweetness. The sweetness was a little much for me, but in all other respects this is a good brew.

Oct 13, 2008 Poured a cloudy light amber with a nice head, there were some floaties in the beer as well. The aroma was malt and hops, it was nice but would like to smell a little more hoppiness with this. The flavor comes across mostly malty, then as the beer warms turns to complete bitterness. It’s almost like they gave it aroma and bitter hops but no flavor hops. I also did not enjoy the hop profile as much maybe due to the types of hops they used. Overall it seemed pretty unbalanced like you were either getting all hop or all malt but there was no in between. I’ve had much better IPA’s and didn’t quite enjoy this one as much.

Oct 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Light amber color. Easy to drink. Hint of caramelization. Delicious. Mild hoppiness.

Oct 11, 2008 Cloudy amber with large white fluffy head. Nice hoppy aroma with pine and caramel to compliment it. sweet flavour with good amount of hops, caramel and piney notes. Finished bitter. Good IPA.
