Commercial Description:
Great Divide brews Titan IPA for hop disciples -- independent beer drinkers seeking out robust, flavorful beers characterized by their abundance of hops, flavor, aroma and bitterness. As a big aggressively-hopped India Pale Ale, Titan IPA fills this bill -- beginning with piney hop aromas and citrus hop flavors, and finishing with a rich, malty sweetness that is carefully balanced with crisp hop bitterness. 65 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

a clear copper-amber ale, poured with a profusion of carbonation resulting in light head with limited lacing. Aroma overwhelmingly of pine with a small citrus overtone. Strong body, tasting first hops, transforming into slight citrus taste, and then taken over by bitter return of hops. Enjoyable and recommended.

Poured into a pint glass from a 6-pack. Not the aroma I was expecting, but the rush of grapefruity hops was pleasant with a nice long finish just the right amount of malt. This was my first Great Divide Beer and it definitely won’t be my last.

Bottle, pours a hazy copper with a thick white head with lots of bubbles that produce nice lacing. Aroma, Lots of hops hints of appricots and pine and other subtle citrus. Taste, Sweet fruit creamy with floral accents then big hop bite that tingles the tongue. Nice dry finish with the hops that linger and linger. I like it a lot

Bottle. 12 oz. Split with James and Sean. Pours pretty clear orange-copper with a creamy, tan head. Aroma of fresh pine, hops, caramel, vanilla, figs and apples. Medium bodied. Nice sweet mouthfeel. Great IPA.

12oz - Looked the part: brassy color with thick white head ina wetted glass. Nice lace too. The palate was there, but it stopped earlier than I liked. Enough malt to support the hops without turning swwet but really stopped short of an IPA. The bottled date was 24 Jul 09, and that may have soemthing to do with it.

Dark yellow and clear. Has a white head, lasting. Aroma is hoppy, passion-fruit, citrus, melon. Bitter flavor, heavy bitter, with nice sweet, malty notes. Dry texture, some soft-ness too. Metalllic notes.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light orange colour witha nice big, bright white head. Scents include juniper, grass, citrus and floral scents. Very hoppy ale. First sip was very flavourful with flavours of grapefruit, lemon, orange and grass. Finish is bitter and a real thirst burner. Hopp heads dream.

Pretty decent IPA, only complaint is that it had too much of a "wood" flavor. Maybe that was the point.
