COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unfiltered and easy-drinking, our wheat beer is graced with a lively mouthfeel, light body and delicate citrus character. Rapidly refreshing.

An unclear orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet wheat combined with notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with notes of banana, leading to a dry finish. A boring wheat beer.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Unclear, orangey golden with a tiny off-white head. Very neutral aroma. Light-bodied with a tuch of acidity. No hops, no malty feel. I hope this isn’t how it was intended to taste like. 270106

Muddy blond color. Aroma of plastic and nuts. Sour, astringent, poor: a bad beer.

Off-white head fills the glass on the pour -- literally no liquid is visible until 1/3 of the foam had dissipated. Hazy golden liquid. Aroma is mild sweet, herbal, lemon. Taste is mild sweet, lemon, some orange, wheat. Light body, moderately tart, extremely carbonated.

Not much to describe the flavor other than old grapefruit, orange candy and milk. Strange it seems, a light and creamy texture with a sour citrus and wheat finish. Overall very sweet with a lingering flavor of orange cream.

DocLock (7829) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 2, 2004
Pours turbid dark straw, with small white frothy head. Aroma of malt, citrus, fruit, slight honey. Tastes hefeweizenish with some citrus, yeast, malt, slight honey.

CaptainCougar (7130) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JAN 21, 2003
Pours just slightly cloudy and golden with minimal head. Weak malty aroma with some hoppiness. Tart sour citrusy body leaves me wondering if I waited too long to drink this. Rather sticky, unbalanced palate has no pronounced flavor other than its tartness. Did I mention it also tastes watered down?

   AROMA 3/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 6/20
Ernest (6199) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 23, 2002
UPDATED: AUG 10, 2003 Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow, dense tiny particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with light notes of orange and DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Disappointing...biting carbo, macro-like aroma, and the flavor profile includes a mildly foul aftertaste. By far the worst product from this otherwise good brewery.
