Poured black with thick brown lasting head. Aroma of malt, with piney notes. Complex and well balanced flavour, notes of chocolate, coffee, malt and caramel. Hoppy finish without being too hoppy. A fine example of the imperial stout.

Oct 5, 2008 Bottle. Black beer with a strong brown head. The aroma is mildly roasted, and the flavour is deeply roasted and bitter. Overall a nice bitter stout.
