COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle Conditioned, Special;
In September 2007 in a TV programme of the same name, viewers voted the view along Wastwater to Great Gable in the lake district’s iconic Wasdale valley as ’Britains Favourite View’ As the brewery at the head of this valley, Great Gable Brewing Company decided to rise to the occasion by producing a beer worthy of this honour. Britains Favourite View is a tasty 3.9% ale brewed using pure Wasdale spring water from the brewery’s own source. Pale, wheat and crystal malts come together with a unique blend of different hops to produce a beer that really tastes as good as it looks.

Bottle that dad picked up for me, cheers dad! Consumed 17-10-08 Pours amber in colour and this is a likeable fruity and tangy bitter. Decent bitterness and even a little bit of banana (where that came from I don’t know). This is a fine enough bitter.
