Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, 6/1/2014. Near black with a slight, off-white head. Big, hoppy aroma with a touch of balancing fruit cake sweetness and trace of roasted malts. Flavour had plenty more orange, cherry and dark fruits, black coffee, some dense, bready malts and a dryish finish. Excellent.
