That’s good. Rusty amber colour, tiny white head. Big tropical fruit and orange aroma. Fairly light body, slightly oily, would prefer it a bit thicker and creamier to be a great. Lovely taste though, fruit salad, led by orange and peach, with a touch of caramel before a strong bitter finish. Well carbonated.

Cask, Philarmonic, Liverpool. Amber looks with a small lingering white head. Promising piney hop and citrus in the nose. The sweetish flavour unfolded along similar lines with good tropical fruits mingling with a solid malt spine. Very drinkable and tasty stuff. Let’s raise a glass to Ravi.
