Some coriander and decent balance here. Pours blonde with good head and lacing. Finishes with a little sweetness. Good medium body, medium palate. Belgian floral yeast is light here. Tap at RFD.

On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Hazy ruddy amber body with a firm and creamy light tan head.
Aroma: The aroma is sweet with bubblegum and banana being the most prominent. Hints of clove linger in the back with a touch of vanilla. I like the ester profile here, very fruit, but strong.
Taste: Sweet flavor with bubblegum and banana coming through strongest with a mild clove finish. Lingering on the finish is a light prick on the tongue and a dash of floral bitterness.
Palate: Full-bodied with sharp carbonation.
Overall: This isn’t a real stand-out tripel, but it’s darn good. I’ve drank a bunch of this over the past two days, a sample here and there, and each time I enjoy it. This is much worth a try if you like the style.

Draft. Nice spiciness, clean but yeast, light esters, good malt honeyness, one of the better ones made in the us.

On tap at Ashley's. Aroma is not that great, pretty stale. Taste is good though, mild but robust. Nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Poured cloudy copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Complex spice, fruit and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spice sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a refreshing good beer.

draft at Blue Monk, golden yellow pour, fruit forward, tropical fruits, bubblegum, fruity yeastiness. Good flavor, fuller mouthfeel. Nice

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear orange golden color with a thin white film. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, Belgian candy sugar, ripe fruits, light spice, yeast, just a touch of bitterness to the finish, the alcohol remains well hidden. The finish is a bit soft. Decent, but not a style that excites me.

Draft: pours sparking gold with a small white head. Smells like cloves... Spices. Tastes slightly sweet with a solid spiciness of some cinnamon, cloves and some citrus. Liked this a lot.

Pour on tap at GABF, hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of candied white fruit, caramel, toffee, into slight earth, slight spice in there with a touch of vanilla, hints of pepper, slight clove and banana as well. Taste is a mix of white fruit, banana, bubblegum and clove into hints of earth, grass and grainy notes, slight biscuit, bread in there, candied fruits, finishing fairly sweet, slightly dry.
