[3877-20110811] Tap. Sweaty resin hops aroma. Murky, dark orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head and some lacing. Bitter resin evergreen hops flavour has a lingering bitterness. Medium body has quite the bitter bite. Really great blend, would love to see more of it. (8/4/9/4/16+) 4.1

2011-8-11. Hazy dark amber nice foamy beige head. 3+ Pleasantly bitter throughout, sweet caramel malt accents. Mild alcohol in the finish. 7+ Mild alcohol aroma, green leafy character. 7 Average plus palate has good carbonation. Possibly greater than the sum of it parts. Quite enjoyable. On tap at the brewery

A most noteable collaboration. A black IPA from Amsterdam brought over to Great Lakes and fermented with a variation of Devil’s Pale Ale 666. Hop aroma, some mild roast. Brown bodied with some off-white head, lacey. A good hop bitterness, smooth, and well integrated with roasted malt, some of it very very roasted. A very hoppy stout.Smooth mouthfeel
