2011-03-10. Hazy orange body with a small white head. 3+ Sweet-tart raspberry fruit in the aroma, mild sweet malt core. 6+ Flavour is the same, sweet raspberry with just a kiss of tartness, and a sweet mild pale malt base. 6+ Smooth average palate. Simple fruit beer, its not something I’d rave about but I also find almost no fault in it. Makes me think of a sweeter less wheaty version of the KLB Raspberry Wheat. Enjoyable, this would make for a nice summer quaff. Cask at the brewery.

[3631-20110310] Cask. Fresh light raspberry juice aroma. Hazy, orange amber body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Fresh raspberry wheat flavour is fruity and bitter. Medium body. Interesting! A nice light red blonde. (7/3+/7/3/14) 3.4+
