2010-01-13. Lightly hazy pale pastel yellow body with a small white head. Mild herbal/vegetal character to the aroma, wheat notes, grassy hops, very muted fruit. Flavour has a tart fruity character and a sweet grainy middle, dry wheaty finish, fairly bitter. Average palate. Has potential but something about the way the different flavours combine is off putting. Not my favorite! Cask at the brewery, Toronto

Project X cask, 5 IBU rated but rather Mucho hops were added minimizing the cherry concentrate added, but also making it not too drinkable. A bit of hoppy aroma, with the sort-of cherry right there as well. Cloudy yellow colour. Average mouthfeel. Drain pourer. Nothing worked. Yellow colour, unfiltered, with pinkish tinge and slight head.

[3549-20110113] Cask. Hand soap and mild fruit grain aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting bubbly white head. Pungent cherry-infused soapy herbal hibiscus flavour. Medium body. Weird, not a fan -- just seems like the lager with cherry soap thrown in. (3/3/4-/3/8) 2.1
