[3548-20110113] Cask. Fruity apricot apple hints in the aroma. Slightly hazy, medium orange body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter tree bark and young dark chocolate notes in the flavour. Medium body is quite bitter. Interesting enough, seems a little young. (7/3/8/4/15+) 3.7

Cask at burger bar, nice offering, pours golden and nice aroma of hops. They should bottle this one, it something I could drink often. it had a easy taste and a nice hop bitterness. it was well balanced. If you see it, give it a try

2010-01-13. Crisp golden amber body with a modest frothy white head. 3+ Flavour is modestly bitter, but sweetly fruity up front, muddle grassy bitter mops in the middle, slightly too prominent Great Lakes yeast character is similar to previous batches of the Crazy Canuck (which is interesting since the current batch of CC has less of it). Modest aroma, light yeasty character, mild malt, muted grassy hop character. 6+ Average plus palate is good for a cask. Enjoyable, okay but does not quite come together today as well as it could for my taste. Cask at the brewery, Toronto

Project X monthly cask, 70 IBU. A good cask. It is initially understated, even a tad watery and then accumulates in bittrness. A bit of fruitiness, orange characteristic. Chinook single hop with sugary malt. Unfiltered orangey colour with cask bubbles. Very decent drinkability.Mild hop aroma.
