2011-08-11. Crisp yellow body, small white head. Sweet herbal aroma, kiss of bubble gum briefly? (Others also commented, so I am not completely crazy.) Whisp of lemon and grass. 6+ Flavour is similar sweet pale malt core, mild herbal character, muted bubble gum touches. Smooth average plus palate. 3+ I didn’t get a whole lot of herbal Jager like character but perhaps a bit. Enjoyable. On tap at the brewery, Toronto

[3878-20110811] Tap. Herbal sweet grass aroma has a hint of something like ginger. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick foamy white head. More herbal spicy grass in the flavour. Medium body. Interesting, drinkable. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

On tap at Project X August 2011. What was left of the Toronto Beer festival. strong bitterness from the mix added. Good drinkability. Served somewhat cold. Decent mouthfeel though carbonation right there. A good variation on an ESB.

Draught at Toronto Festival of Beers August 5, 2010. Slightly hazy bubbly gold with a decent creamy-fizzy white head. Definitely herbal aroma, smells floral/herbal like jager, and a bit boozy ... not very beer-like. Tastes suprisingly good - less jager and more herbal / black pepper notes, but not aggressively so, decent graininess, not boozy, nice and dry - average body and mouthfeel, not all that much carbonation (I think GL may have been having CO2 issues at this fest), and leaves a bit of a dry, sticky wildflower & herbal residue on the lips. Not bad, for a weird experiment.
