On tap at The Rhino. Cloudy yellow with three eighths of an inch of head. A pepper story. What would be French about it? perhaps if Chardonnay barrel aged. Hits the style, Smooth decent drinkability, getting the saion yeast. Zesty. Lacey.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2012 Pale gold-straw with a thick white head. The aroma is quite lovely. A bit of ginger and some distinct noble/spicy/fruity hop aroma as well. Very clean and spicy with a nice lemony character. Bright yeast character along with a lot of lean malt character. Bone dry but with a lot of hop flavour. Lots of light mint that I totally dig. I really wish this wasn’t the end of the keg. It’s absolutely delicious. 10 5 8 5 17

[4022-20111003] Tap. Light gingerbread and grainy candied cherry aroma. Slightly hazy, bright orange body with a quick foamy white head. Sweet gingerbread grains flavour has a lingering bitter note. Medium body. Good. (7/3/6/3/13) 3.2

2010-10-03. Lightly hazy golden orange body, small frothy white head. 4+ Flavour is interesting, light ginger around the edges throughout, light fruit and very light funk. Mild aroma, muted ginger and funk. 6+ Very smooth average palate. 3+ Peppery spice grows as it warms up. I like that the ginger is noticeable but not domineering, since it is easy to overdo it. Very drinkable. On tap at Volo, Toronto
