Bottle. Cloudy orange, white head. Aroma is mostly citrus, some grassy notes. Soft, watery mouthfeel. Mildly bitter throughout. I got the tea on the palate, but nothing of the ginseng. Clean finish. Not very exciting, but refreshing on a hot day.

650mL bottle to wine glass
Yes, green tea is there, but the predominant odour is ginger. It pours a clear and very effervescent pale amber with no head whatsoever. The taste is all ginger and I can't help but think I'm drinking a ginger beer.

Bottle, shared with Robbie. Slightly hazy honey gold, average white head. Aroma and flavour are earthy pale malts, medium sweetness, low bitterness. There is a mild green tea earthiness here that doesn’t overpower, but not enough to bring me back for another.

650ml bottle. Pours a pale golden yellow with a very thin quickly dissipating white head with no visible carbonation. Lovely bottle though. Aroma of what with a slight off note to it, citrus, tea, ginseng. Taste is similar to a specialty grain? Taste is minimal sweetness, light bitterness and the slightest sour note. carbonation is flat, abrupt finish. I’m a bit of a fan of tea-beers but this one was a disappointment.

Very pale pilsner golden colour. The aroma is light and a little bit of light herbal character. There is a little bit of light citrus and maybe a bit of sorachi citrusy character. It’s very light but it’s not characterless. I wouldn’t necessarily pick out either the green tea or the ginseng, but it’s a decent, refreshing brew.

Pour straw golden white head. Aroma slight pungent green tea, sweet malt, cereal grain, slightly fruity. Taste green tea, fruit, sweet malt, cereal grain ,light bitterness. MF medium body nice carb. Overall better then prior years less green tea bitterness still nothing special.
