Very lightly hazy orange body with a small white head. 3+ Lovely citrusy flavour, lots of orange and tangerine, bit if grapefruit seed particularly in the finish. 9+ Similar aroma tons of citrus, orange, kiss of lemon. 9+ Smooth average bodied palate. 3+ Extremely drinkable. Wow! Caught me at the right time, I expect it might not knock my socks off quite as much another day, but today it was exceptional! 9/4/9/3/18 - 4.3 On tap at Rhino for Project X as Burt Reynolds Reserve Stache IPA
2011-05-13. Lightly hazy orange body with a tiny beige head and some floaties. Flavour has a modest bitterness throughout, lightly herbaceous green hops. 6+ Aroma is pleasant, green leafy overtones over a muddled but pleasant citrus profile. 7+ Smooth average palate is very lightly carbonated. 7/3/7/3/15 - 3.5 Volo IPA Cask Challenge
2009-11-12. Hazy golden yellow, modest white head. 3+ Leafy citrusy hops in the aroma are very nice. Flavour starts similarly with leafy notes, modest citrus, grapefruit, very brief touch of astringent bitterness. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate. Pretty solid, more drinkable than the last batch of Redneck IPA. 8/3/7/3/18 - 3.7 Cask at the brewery.
