In our pursuit to bring you the most flavourful and unique beers possible, we are proud to release this tasty autumn ale. Handcrafted with an assortment of specialty malts and hops, we added a generous amount of pumpkin directly into the brew. Combine this with hints of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice, and youíve got a beer that you wonít soon forget. Rich, satisfying and slightly spicy, our seasonal ale goes perfectly with your favourite dessert or traditional feast. But like fall, Pumpkin Ale comes but once a year!

smells like cloves, a little bit of pumpkin, its amber with a white head that lasts, taste is clovey, allspice as the description says, fairly dry and hoppy, the pumpkin comes out more after warming up but is still kind of faint. is bubbly, bright easy drinking. pretty okay, but not for the price.

650ml bottle (with a cool orange jack-o-lantern) poured into a pint glass. Poured a clear golden color with a bit of an orange tint. The 1" head didnít last long. The aroma is where this beer shined. Smells like pumpkin pie! Yum, I love pumpkin pie! Iím picking up plenty up desert spice aromas such as nutmeg, cloves & allspice and some sweet pumpkin flesh. After the first smell my expectations were high. I was a bit disappointed by the taste. Sure, thereís was a taste of pumpkin and desert spices among the sweet malts and light hops but it was quite mild. Certainly milder then the aroma indicated. Could have had more intensity, a bit more sweetness and more spiciness. Mouthfeel was that of an average beer. It didnít stand out for me. Itís was OK to drink. Made for a good desert beverage after my dinner. I donít hate this beer. I just think thereís room for improvement. Iíll probably have it again around Thanksgiving and/or Halloween.

Orangey/Dark Gold colour, smells like clove, with a big white head with pretty solid lacing Taste is of pumpkin and clove with a bit of light bitterness. Definitely pumpkin, pretty good to try but definitely not the best.

hazy "pumpkin" orange, no head, descent lacing. nose; pumkins, sweet pumkin spices-clove, nutmeg, allspice all there, creamy, fatty, reminds me more of a pumkin spiced cream brulee than a pie. taste similar but more subtle, very warming, mostly the spices come through in the taste than the pumpkin did. made some "ale anglaise" with it to go with a hazelnut cake, very good.

Clear gold color, no head, some white lacing. Aroma has hints of allspice, nutmeg, and brown sugar. A nice heavy pumpkin pie flavor, malty body with well balanced touches of spices, and a nice sweetness without being cloying. Medium body is full enough without being sticky.

Growler shared by JaBier: Spices! This one is packed with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a nice raw pumpkin flavor but still finishes slightly hopped enough not to be too sweet. Good pumpkin beer.

I tried this beer on September 30, 2008 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent orangy-gold with a thin light brown head that lingered. The aroma was weakly pumpkin-like, with some grassy malts, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was malty, but there was a hint of pumpkin, and more than a hint of cinnamon.

Pours a vaguely hazy deep amber colour with a a thick white head. Smells slightly of bitter hops, some sweet caramel malts, and a few notes of pumpkin pie spice. Flavour is nicely sweet, very strong crystal malt notes coming through. And a very nice pumpkin pie flavour as well. Finish is a perfect dash of hop bitterness and some more spices. It’s quite creamy and thick, and carbonation is low, but very nice. All in all a very nice beer.

From bottle. Delicate aroma of pumpkin and sweet spices. Syrup and strong hint of cinnamon. Great looking orange/copper colour with white head. Pumpkin flavour, strongly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Smooth texture. Rich finish. This beer grows on you. Now I’m towards the end I love it. The spices in this beer remind me of a Christmas ale.
