COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In our pursuit to bring you the most flavourful and unique beers possible, we are proud to release this tasty autumn ale. Handcrafted with an assortment of specialty malts and hops, we added a generous amount of pumpkin directly into the brew. Combine this with hints of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice, and you’ve got a beer that you won’t soon forget. Rich, satisfying and slightly spicy, our seasonal ale goes perfectly with your favourite dessert or traditional feast. But like fall, Pumpkin Ale comes but once a year!

Bomber from the lcbo in Niagara on the Lake, America’s Hat. Pours a golden amber caped by a silkey off white head with maximum amount or retention. Gobs of bubbling carbonation gives it staying power. Nose has an inviting mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Taste is a powerful dose of cinnamon upfront followed by nutmeg. The bottles claims are "generous amount of pumpkin." I just don’t see any pumpkin at all. Sweetness comes in afterward from pale and caramel malt. Medium body.

Bouteille de 600ml, robe ambrée orangée, arôme d’épice, goût de cannelle, de citrouille et de clou de girofle.

Pours a clear orange color with a medium off white head. Aroma has seasonal spices. Flavor has nice layers of spice, doughy malt...graham, and pumpkin...well done! Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is spicy and bitters slightly. Nice pumpkin beer!

Aroma is of pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and corn (??). The taste is slightly malty, with some squash, a moderate hop finish and thin body. The balance is toward the hops and not really my thing.

Bouteille 750 ml. 5.5%. Couleur ambrée assez pâle, mousse blanche. Arôme de gingembre et épices. En bouche, malt, épices mais moins que certaines bières la citrouille. Muscade, un peu de cannelle. Finale malt et fin d’épices. Bel équilibre.

On tap at Stout Irish Pub. Slight pumpkin aromas and flavours. Not as pumpkiny as it could be.

650mL bottle from LCBO. Pours with a minimal head. Aroma of nutmeg. Palate is pumpkin and spices. Long bitter finish. Not a bad pumpkin beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at Vankleek Hill’s/Beau’s Oktoberfest. Almost clear, pale orange with a short-lasting white head. Smell is pumpkin, ginger, cloves. Taste is pumpkin at first, followed by herbal hops, spices, cloves. Lots of ginger flavor ensues. Pretty good!

Had a free sample of this at the lcbo. Smells spicy, nutmeg and all spice the promo girl mentioned. The beer pour orange with some foam. Pretty high carbonation. There’s some really bitter nutmeg finish here that may be a bit overdone, but its a bit of a variation from all these pumpkin beers showing up. That being said i didn’t buy a bottle.
