[4757-20120830] Bottle. Lemon candle booze aroma. Hazy, orange body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Boozy Tripel yeast and lemongrass yeast flavour. Medium body. Interesting lemony yeast notes. (7/3/7/4/15) 3.6

Bottle (650ml) shared w/ friends at Burger Bar, Aug. 30 -- c/o DougShoemaker. Pours yellow-gold with a small white head. Very nice hoppy aroma with lots of herbal hops, slightly resiny, followed by yeast and caramel malt. Flavour follows the aroma, hoppy, herbal and resiny backed by yeast and caramel malt and an average bitter finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium bodied. Pretty good, I enjoyed it.

2012-08-30. Light golden yellow body, modest off white head. 3+ Pleasant flavour, bready biscuity pale malt, decent amount of bitterness, must dusty Belgian yeast character - Duvel meets a more traditional triple. 7++ Sweet pale bready malt meets yeast melange very light fruit. 7++ Average to medium bodied palate. 3++ Pretty solid, alcohol is modest in the tongue but grows as the glass proceeds. 16+ very nice. Bottle at Burger Bar, Toronto
